We Clean Every Type of Carpet — No Matter What It’s Been Through

We assess every carpet before choosing a cleaning method, because the right approach for a high-traffic hallway is very different from the right approach for a delicate wool bedroom carpet. Whether your carpet needs a routine refresh or a deep restoration after years of heavy use, we have the process and the equipment to do it right.

Your Vacuum Only Reaches the Top. Here’s What Lives Underneath.

Every day, your carpet traps soil, skin oils, pet dander, pollen, bacteria, and microscopic debris deep below the surface. Vacuuming removes what sits on top — roughly 20% of what’s actually in the carpet. The rest stays embedded in the fibers, grinding against them with every footstep.

Over time, that embedded grit wears down carpet from the inside out. Traffic lanes, matting, and dull color aren’t just signs of age — they’re signs of soil damage that vacuuming can’t reverse.

Rental machines and store-bought carpet cleaners make things worse. They lack the heat, suction, and extraction power to remove what they loosen — leaving behind soap residue that attracts dirt faster than before. Within weeks, the carpet looks dirtier than it did before you cleaned it.

Our truck-mounted system heats water to over 200 degrees and delivers it deep into the carpet pile, then immediately extracts it — along with everything it loosened. No soap residue left behind. No reappearing stains. Just clean carpet, all the way down.

What Happens When We Clean Your Carpet

Every job follows the same careful process — no shortcuts, no skipped steps.

1

Pre-Inspection

We apply a pre-conditioning agent to break down oils and soils, then hand-treat individual spots and stains.

3

Hot-Water Extraction

Our truck-mounted system delivers 200+ degree water deep into the carpet and immediately extracts it — along with everything it loosened.

4

Post-Cleaning Review

We walk through together so you can see the results. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, we address it on the spot.

Pet Urine Isn’t a Carpet Cleaning Problem. It’s a Chemistry Problem.

Standard carpet cleaning removes surface stains — but pet urine soaks through the carpet fibers, into the backing, and often down to the pad or subfloor. The smell you notice comes from uric acid crystals that bond at a molecular level and reactivate every time humidity rises. That’s why the odor comes back after you think it’s been cleaned.

Our Pet Treatment package starts with a UV light inspection to find every contaminated area — including spots you can’t see or smell yet. From there, we select the right treatment product for each situation: enzyme-based cleaners for fresh stains, oxidizers for older set-in urine, or biomodifiers for the most severe contamination. Every case is different, and the wrong product on the wrong stain makes things worse, not better.

In severe cases — where urine has saturated the carpet pad or reached the subfloor — cleaning alone won’t solve the problem. We’ll tell you honestly whether the pad needs to be replaced or the subfloor needs to be sealed before the carpet can be successfully treated. No sugarcoating, no wasted money on treatments that won’t hold.

Dealing with pet odor? Call us at (508) 922-7379 for a candid assessment. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed — and what isn’t.

The Three Things That Make the Difference

Anyone can rent a machine. What separates a professional result from a disappointing one comes down to three things — and we don’t cut corners on any of them.

🧪

Professional-Grade Products

We select cleaning solutions for each job based on fiber type, soil level, and stain chemistry. Our residue-free formulas clean deep without leaving behind sticky buildup that attracts new dirt. These are professional products — not available in stores.

⚙️

Commercial-Grade Equipment

Truck-mounted extraction, counter-rotating brush machines, commercial vacuums — every tool in our lineup is built for professional results. The right equipment for each step means deeper cleaning, faster dry times, and carpet that stays cleaner longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does carpet cleaning take to dry?
With our truck-mounted system, most carpets dry within 4–8 hours. We recommend keeping foot traffic to a minimum during that time. You can walk on the carpet immediately with clean socks or shoe covers.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
For most homes, every 12–18 months. Homes with pets, young children, or allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning every 6–12 months. Many carpet manufacturers require professional cleaning every 12–18 months to maintain the warranty.
Will carpet cleaning remove pet stains and odors?
Standard carpet cleaning removes most surface pet stains. For urine that has soaked into the backing or pad, our Pet Treatment package uses UV detection and specialized products to address the odor at its source. We’ll be upfront about what standard cleaning can and cannot do for your situation.
Is hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) safe for my carpet?
Yes — hot-water extraction is the cleaning method recommended by virtually every major carpet manufacturer. Our truck-mounted system delivers precisely controlled heat and immediately extracts the water, so the carpet is never over-wet or at risk of damage.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
No. We pre-vacuum as part of every cleaning package. Just pick up any small items and clear the floors of personal belongings so we can get started right away.
What is carpet protection and is it worth it?
Microseal carpet protection is a penetrating protector that bonds with the carpet fibers, causing spills to bead up on the surface instead of soaking in. It extends the life of your carpet and gives you time to blot spills before they become permanent stains. It lasts for many years with normal use and can be added to any of our cleaning packages.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. We move small and medium-sized light furniture — end tables, dining chairs, small accent pieces — as part of the service. Larger items like sofas, beds, and heavy dressers are typically cleaned around. We ask that you clear personal items, electronics, and breakables from the areas to be cleaned beforehand.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Milford, Hopkinton, Holliston, Framingham, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Mendon, Hopedale, Franklin, Medway, Ashland, Natick, and surrounding communities throughout MetroWest Massachusetts.
